• Vlaszaad. Vlaszaad houdt door de olie die zij in zich heeft de warmte lang vast. Voelt ook prettig aan.
• Tijm. Voor de luchtwegen. Verzacht hoest en verstopping van de neus. 
• Citroenmelisse. Rustgevend en helpt bij depressies 
• Rijst. Voor wat extra gewicht

Gebruik van de bodywrap:

Verwarm 1-2 minuten in de magnetron of eventjes in de oven of op de radiator.

Controleer altijd even of het kussen niet te heet geworden is na het verwarmen.

Use the body wrap
